My best is 100 x 7 and 120 x 1... i was very happy with today's workout, This friday i will make the video compilation of how this week went and you will see how fast i did thouse 4 reps, it was crazy!

Looking forward to it. I'd be cumming over a 100kg overhead at my bodyweight nevermind the weights you're shifting at yours! Really good stuff right there.

My triceps are very fatigued, still not recovered, they shake while i bench and i feel like i have no more energy on them.


I'm going to switch to AM training for upper body, and PM for squat and deadlift.
