how do you decide what weights/rep scheme for your squats every sesson? Is it instinctive?

Weight: i try to go (on the squat) from 10kg to 10kg. Right now 150kg feels ok, heavy but not that much that breaks my form. 160kg at the moment is too heavy to "train", i can "max out" 5 reps with it, but i'm aiming to a nice workout.

Rep: i hate anything above 5 reps. For training 5 reps is (for me) the perfect balance between strength and endurance (after testing with many reps, 5 works best for me)

Sets: I pick a goal weight for a workout, and i warmup to it. If i hit 5 reps somewhat easy with it, i MIGHT go for one last set of

My normal bodyweight without training is 63-64kg so 70kg bodyweight is kinda cool for me, the heavyest i have been ever. It is very hard for me to gain weight.

You are way too modest. To match your current squat on fomula I have to squat at least 220 or something Unhappy

This week i was with low energy levels, because last sunday i spend all day doing all kinds of exercises with the 110kg sandbag, too much and it was a waste of energy, this weekend i will do nothing, just relax and rest.
