Clean and jerk use very different muscles to bench press, ones that recover, adapt and get stronger quicker than your baby pectorals and tiny triceps. Not just yours, but they are some of the smallest muscles comparatively. | ||

From what I understand you set your pb squat and bench like a year ago? why do your numbers fluctuate so much? surely what you were doing a year ago setting pbs back then is the corect way of training? | ||
