It's to test the theory of "the rabbit". A rabbit dosent warmup before running away from the wolf...

A few days ago a friend asked me the same question: "why you train at this hour of day without warmup?" and my response was:

-I'm not training, i'm lifting the stone i HAVE to lift everyday if i want to open the door of the cave to go find something to eat-

I really like that mentality. It shows that you're here with a functional purpose to evolve/improve and no doubt improve the chances of both yourself and your offspring in the future.
Coming from a sports science background, I can't personally agree with the no warmup. I do however really like your will to experiment and find out what works for you.

Also,
Great fives! That's a very heavy weight.

If you do something everyday at the same time, the body will auto-regulate itself to make this task take the less energy possible. I noticed an increase in heart-rate one hour before my ususal "no warmup" sets. Feels like my body knows that it cant escape what's about to happen, so it prepeares itself to the "battle".

Today i did 5 reps @ 8 Eek

yeah, i dont understand why some people make so many sets, all you need is to stimulate your muscle one time, after that, the rest is just a waste of energy.

I follow the strength rule:

"Train as heavy as possible, as frequent as possible, while staying as fresh as possible"

Listen to your body.
