190 will be hard, i have a mental block with that weight, i see it as impossible now, the maths say i can make it, but i have to be honest and say, i fear 190kg squat. lol.

But i will face it sooner or later because my goal this year is 200.

13pm
Bench Press (No Warmup)
-----------
120 x 5
120 x 4

18pm
Bench Press
-----------
90 x 5
110 x 5
120 x 5

Curls
-----------

I dont like doing curls, but i had some complains (indirect suggestion) from some girls that i should workout the arms a little more... i will see if i can do more biceps work without affecting my powerlifting training. THe big 3 are my main obectives, everything else is accesory.

And to the people that might be thinking: "what the f**k do you care about what some b**ches say" well my answer is "i dont f**k dudes, go it?"

plates are 20kg.
bar is 8kg and if you see closely there are 2 small 1.25kg plates in each side to make the bar 10.5 ~= 10kg

Weights are not calibrated, damn, i whish i could have an Eleiko set to train Unhappy

Look at this baby, i dream with this set, someday i will get one:

She just said that by the size of my arms she wouldnt imagine i were as strong as i'm ( i was on a public gym with a friend doing some random workouts just for fun )

Wasnt important, i always wanted to train biceps, but i really hate doing curls because i dont want to waste energy on them.

Anyway, back to my log:

I thisnk i will change my workout scheme to something like this:

Day1: BPnw SQ
Day2: BPnw PJ FS
Day3: BPnw SQ
Day4: BPnw PJ FS
Day5: BPnw SQ

BPnw = Bench Press (No Warmup)
SQ = Squat
PJ = Push Jerk
FS = Front squats... not sure about this, mabe power cleans... idk.
