Ohhh right!!! i forgot about the british sence of humor, lol my bad. Yeah, now everything makes sense, lol, yeah, sometimes is hard to understand it but i know what you mean lol.

It´s like the difference between the tv show "The Office" in UK and USA. In UK the humor is much more sutil and play more with context and awkwardness, while the USA humor is more simple, just straight to the joke.

Today i woke up feeling sore (not so much, i felt worst) and tight. But after i finished the first set of this workout i started to feel fine again.

I'm working on squatting like if i was squatting my 1RM. Sometimes when the weight is light one use a technique that is not the correct to use with heavyer weights.

I'm trying to squat down slow and go up fast. Trying to not rely on the stretch reflex so much because watching my old 1RM vids i never seems to bounce of the bottom with maxes.



So far so good.

Not bad, yesterday i didnt even got to get half way with this weight. So this is an improve. ALso, 7 days ago my max was 150kg so this is still very good improve.

130x1 (super easy, decided to jump to 170kg)
170x0.5 [NO LIFT] ( but better than yesterday's attempt with this same weight )
170x0 (1nd attempt, too tierd)

Training seems a bit random Pablo, but you're a colourfull kind of person and I like you a bit (but not in a gay way you understand). Your training log is interesting.

excellent training . ive been stuck doing the same weights on bench for ages, will incorporate your method of training by using different heights . looks good fun. keep it up
