----------------
50 x 6
90 x 3
130 x 3
150 x 3 x 3
130 x 3 x 3
100 x 5 x 3

Still cant flex my elbos more than 90 degrees without pain. Today i couldn't sleep because of an extreme pain in the left triceps. Now it's fine... but i dont think i'm gonna be able to bench tomorrow.

When i get the strength back haha, right now my bench and squat are way off my best. And i have to admit, that i kinda let the bench went low a little because i got so focused on the deadlift that i forgot/back off on the benching.

I used to have one forkout totally dedicated to benching, now i always do deadlift and then bench or squat and then bench, mabe that's what is making me stall.

Next week i will bench a lot more, from diferent ROMS and rep ranges.

My best results on the bench seems to come from a combination of bench+push jerks. I stopped push pressing/push jerking a lot time ago, mabe is that...

mabe overhead pressing is necesary to increase the bench.

How do you ever let your squat go so much below pb level? Although I do find extremely high frequency lifting e.g.more then 4 squat sessions a week, increases the squat rather quickly but its also lost a lot quicker when going back to a more normal routine (2-3 times a week)... e.g. anything less then what you build strength will be perceived as detraining by your body

I think that is like you say, i got used to squat soo much that the moment i stopped everything went down. But also, i wasn't so obsesed with squats lately. Didn't pay toom uch atention to it like with the deadlift.

Next week i will go back to my old routine:

Day1: BENCH (full, half and 1/4 ROM) + DEADLIFT
Day2: Push Jerk + Squats
Day3: Day1 but easy deadlift.
Day4: Day2
Day5: Day1

You might think that this is too much, but i seems to need high frecuency to get moving.

Don't think its too much mate... I just squatted 5 days in a row - with very submax weights though.

Jolly good it is too! Nice to read you're going to start doing some overhead again as well. Variety is the spice of life and all that.
