try to do it at 13 pm, when your body temperature is warm, and when you do it, focus on the move, dont think in how many reps you want to do, the objective is to do smooth reps, without much effort.

Try starting with 3 reps and repeat that the next day and the next, etc. Each day will feel easyer.

crazyass prison workout style vid mate some very interesting theories too , i personally need a warmup with my beaten up old shell ...but whatever works for you ,keep up the hard work ...nice one for the Z vids too

Well, the rabbit need to be at %110 if he wants to live. The cat might not push himself at %100, it will depend on how hungry he feels... lol

well you are in a superior level, 200kg bench Grin i can still bench without warmup because im still in the ~100 range Unhappy lol
