Summary
Weight up on strict press, but felt heavy tonight. Still a total rep PB there. Deload on squats this week, so went for a cheap front squat PB. Think I need to increase the Karlsen fly weight next time. Added weight to the dips and chins. Hard.

Summary
Fairly straightforward session tonight. Deload on Deads, but it was needed, back still not fully recovered from last week's epic-ness. Still, to make them a little more interesting I did them with a deficit. Incline was good, 70x5x5 next week will be really tough, I think. Slight change of form on CGBP, as I want them to be more triceps dominant to carry over better to my overhead. Shoulder blast was just that.

Summary
Much better on strict press tonight, got the required reps, up next week. Then gave myself a good talking to and took a small PB. 80 nowhere near, but should have it fresh. Squats were solid. Rep 5 or 6 was a bit iffy on form, but sorted myself out for the rest of the set. 1rep more than one last time. Nice. Two 180 triples were solid; small volume PB. The two supersets nearly killed me once again, was close to vomit on the second one.

Summary
Logging was solid today; nice little PB with the 85. Need to do some more push press practice. I added 5kgs to the Strict press this week, Pleased. Thought I'd give something else a go this week, so attacked the block press. Had a go with the 30kg one, just to try and get a handle on the required form. Was too light really, so after many lifts, and some good advice off the guys at the gym, I had a go at the 80kg block. Oh god. Totally different beast. Just getting it into a position where it can be pressed is a challenge. Many attempts later and I managed a single strict press. It was such a grinder too. Finished off with some plate pinching.
