Summary
Mnagaed that lot in just under an hour. Had to smash through it, as I was fairly late starting. Pulls were good, although I felt like I was favouring one side. Rows were tough, shouldn't have used the 60kg as a warm up, it was too heavy really. Chins were horrendous, I think the Rows destroyed my biceps. Thinking to switch to Pendlays, as they are less biceps dominant. Uber control on the cable row, nice slow tempo, could have gone heavier, so probably will next time. Pull-aparts always burn like fork. The DB circuit got heart pumping. Nice session overall.

Summary
Oh my actual God! My legs are utterly destroyed. Struggling to climb stairs, and my legs gave way just now walking to the kitchen! Anyway, Groin felt crap during the speed squats, but improved during the Zerchers, which were down with good speed and depth. Hack squats probably felt the best and the worst, but the worst because my legs by this point were spent. The jumping squats destroyed them. Overhead work was fine, got the blood moving. Not going to enjoy tomorrow at work with all the stairs.

Summary
Pressing was good. The 80 went up well, the triple I put more on one side than the other. I should have re-racked when it felt a little odd when I unracked it. The third rep was tough and noticeably out of balance. Hey ho. The 5x65 was OK. Zerchers were horrible, but that is mostly because the DOMS in my quads from Sunday's squatting marathon were still horrendous. Savikas Pressing was good. Will start with the 28 next time, as the set at 23 took some energy out. Superset was as per usual puke worthy. Seemed to get a second wind with the dips, after dropping the Karlsen weights. will be a bit less ambitious next time

Summary
Didn't feel too great going in to the session, got man-flu, so nose was streaming and head full of cold. Anyway, speed work was good, felt better the more I did, and reckon could go heavier next time. (last time I did 170 + the bands). Pendlays were good. Have videoed the 110 for your perusal. Need some feedback on form, not sure if I should be doing them more strict. Did the single arm rows and just ran out of steam. Head felt like it was going to explode, so called it a night.

Cheers bud. Starting to get used to the session volume. Leg DOMS only just faded yesterday. Got more tomorrow, so we'll see how bad they are after that. Still full of cold. 6weeks and counting; this is what happens when you have young children bringing all the bugs back from nursery!

Summary
Good birthday session. Squats coming on well and groin/hip seems to be holding up OK. Upped the weight on the Single Leg DLs, as 28kgs is rubbish weight. The 38 was a bit tougher, but reckon on more next time. Superset was tough enough. Will consider more weight next time. Ran out of time as I was arsing about with videos. Will post up shortly, as they are just uploading to YT.

Never done them for ones before either, but in addition I do 4x10 Pendlays every other week.
