Good going getting what you got done if you feel like s**t with no motivation. Its getting in there and getting the reps done thats the main thing. If you don't get it done somehow you always feel worse (or thats the case with me) and think 'I should have done something'.
Squats with short rest periods are killers aren't they, made the mistake of doing 10x3 like that myself last night..........fooked Happy

Yeah, I have in the past really regretted not training, just when I feel a 'a bit tired'. I just have to have a word with myself and MTFU. Try not to miss any training now. I can always drop the weights if it's that bad. In fact once I get going I'm normally fine.

Short rest periods are indeed killers on squats. Even doing the rows with 60second rests were proper hard.

19th September Circuit/Tough Mudder training

Trail running with exercise 'stations'
55 mins
60's day today. Each exercise was 60reps done in one hit. 60 walking lunges wasn't pleasant

Aye, cheers. Intensity is pretty high too. I think the Deadlift programme is optimistic. We will see I guess.

Update:
1) Been uber busy at work
2) Not done much weight training
3) Still circuit training.
4) Quit smoking last week.
5) Been seeing a Physio for the last 4 weeks about my abdominal based issue.
6) Been referred to Surgeon for assessment of possible hernia / lower abdominal injury.
7) Had knee problem again, but turned out to be a symptom of some deep tissue massage of adductors that trapped or aggravated a nerve.
8) Hope to do some lifting later though, as working from home today.
9) Sorry I've been neglecting you all.

Still f**ked, to be fair. Have tried to do a bit of training, but groin pain when doing deads of more than 100kgs now, so pretty screwed. Waiting for a follow up with the Consultant.

Summary
First proper session in a while, but have been out twice a week doing my circuit/trail run training. Was gunning for 10sets of 10 with squats, but got horrendous back pump, so failed miserably after 6th set. everything else was pretty light and of a BB style. Just want to get back into training as best as I can with my injury, so will continue with this theme for a while (whilst not injuring further)

That is all
