Summary
Fairly quick one today, as I was pressed (pun intended) for time. Log feeling good, a bit more stable on the chest and during the pressing. Need to improve my leg drive transfer though. Pleased with the strict logging, especially after the previous work. Axle felt heavy, but all the cleans were power cleans, rather than continental. Quick 5miles on the bike as my legs were feeling a bit stiff from the weeks work.
