Summary
Fuarking hell, what a mammoth session that was. All done in 1hr 15mins including 10-15mins stretching. According to my heartrate monitor and watch, it burnt 832cals. Not sure about that, but you have to love 'the datas'. Squat and Overhead weights very conservative in this first session, plenty more there and core held up well with the squats. Pendlay's felt good for a change. Inclines were steady, just managed to squeeze out the last rep. Tripleset is disgusting and I my shoulders are destroyed this morning. KB deadlifting for rehab glute activation.

Bugger. Pulled something in the groin area. similar to what I've done before, but felt more adductor related. Annoyed that I did another set! Pulling was going well too! Not a great start to the year. Anyway, benching was OK, plenty more there and the rows were solid enough. all in all a bit of a 'meh' session.

Summary
Great session. First one with my new training partner Dan. Squats were uber light, as I didn't want to put too much strain on the groin. Pressing was easy, so more weight next time. Pull-ups went surprisingly well. Same again next time. Went too light on the Savikas Press to start with, so upped the weight, but still needs more. Superset got me blowing out of my arse. Hit 188bpm after the second set! LOL. Finally the RDL was good. Nice stretch on the hammies, is good grip training and seems to be good for the traps too. All in all not a bad sesh. 730 cals burnt according to the HR watch.
