Decent amount of volume but with lower reps, good plan, think you will make decent progress with it

Overall number of exercises down, but doing three days a week is taking some getting used to. Hoping for some decent progress yeah. Cheers bud

So, had a weird pelvic based 'issue' pretty much since the beginning of the year. I had been to see a physio, and it was kinda resolved, but has recently flared up. It started with pain localised to one side of lower abdomen / pubic bone area, but is now on both sides, and hurts when moving hips from side to side. I have mostly managed to control with pre/post training stretching and mobility work, but I think I need to get a diagnosis on the problem and need it fixed as after training yesterday lunchtime the discomfort later kept me awake most of last night. Shuttle runs and sprints seem to aggravate it more than the static lifting I do. Pretty sure it's pelvic instability (http://www.sportsmedicineimaging.com/topics/pubic-instabilty/)... as the symptoms are spot on. Trying to arrange a visit to a Sports therapist now to get diagnosis and treatment, but looks essentially like I should be strengthening my core!

A 277.5kg DL would indeed be epic. The routine just said if the 105% was easy, then to add 5% and repeat. Well, we will see, but I highly doubt it LOL

Summary
Not a bad session tonight. Pressing was OK. Last re on the rep set had me shaking like a sh1tting dog! Press starts, not sure they really do anything, as they don't feel any easier but I guess I shall continue. Squats felt good tonight. Was a bit dubious as the lower abdominal pain had been so bad last night, but static work doesn't seem to aggravate it too much. On that note I've booked in with an Osteopath/Physio for next Monday to get it looked at. Pendlays might actually be starting to feel pretty good. Weight up again next week. No sandbag work today :/

That is all

Summary
Felt like dog poo going into this session. Feel like a bout of man-flu is on the horizon. Still got the work done, although the 192.5 deadlift got heavy quickly, but I put that down to the aids, they went up no bother really. Benching was good. Form feeling much tighter, and each top set was paused. Front squats were horrid, as per usual. Dips destroyed my triceps. Nothing left for the Snatches, so sacked them off.

That is all

P.S. woke up this morning with full blown man-flu.

Summary
Lacked a bit of motivation tonight, was feeling pretty tired. Still, cracked on and turned out to be a good session. Pressing going well. Down set reps were very fast, which is a good sign after the volume. Reset next week back to 3x3 @ 75kgs (90%). Squats were solid, progressing well. Last set had heart rate at 192bpm, which is pretty epic. The shorter rests mean it's like a conditioning exercise! Still all beltless and core seems to be holding up well. Will continue to add 5kgs a week. Slowly, slowly, catchy monkey. Single arm rows felt stronger, but had me sweating and blowing like fuark.

That is all

Some good sessions mate. Was gonna ask how the press starts are doing but you already answered that Happy
Good going getting what you got done if you feel like s**t with no motivation. Its getting in there and getting the reps done thats the main thing. If you don't get it done somehow you always feel worse (or thats the case with me) and think 'I should have done something'.
Squats with short rest periods are killers aren't they, made the mistake of doing 10x3 like that myself last night..........fooked Happy
