Felt better until I pulled the 210. Still, it's OK. Bench felt good, only just squeezed out the last rep. Zerchers there as they are awesome. Superset was OK, was pretty much on the limit of the Reg Parks by the 4th set. Might increase the weight next time though. And finally some glute activation. That is all | ||

Hip/groin held up well, although the fronties aggravated it a bit, but still allowed me to train, so. Benching was solid enough. The fifth rep on the third set was a total grinder, as was the 4th rep on the last set. Still good enough. Sticking at that weight next week. Rows were tough, tried to get good scapula retraction on every rep, so some pulls were after a couple of very short breaks in the later sets. I think it's the fatigue from the shorter rest period.
