However, just started doing Joe Defrancos Limber 11, and noticed an almost instant improvement Also gonna to increase shoulder stretching etc, by doing his upper body one too... I already do the pec stretch and 'dislocations' (last movement), and posterior capsule stretch differently. | ||

Pleased all round. Wife popped her head in the door of the garage during the 185x7 deads saying I was being too noisy and that I might wake up my daughter. Reckon I might have had another rep in me, but it kinda broke my rhythm. So thought I'd bang out a triple @ 205 to make up for it! Bench was good. I think I'm finding my form. Easily have over 100 there when fresh now. Zercher / pull-up superset was really hard work, got me panting like a hot dog! That is all. | ||

Amongst other things multiple sprints interspersed with 20rep walking lunges. Lower and upper back destroyed by the deadlifting on Friday night. Feel broken. However, all good training for Tough Mudder next year! | ||

Limber 11 before the workout for the first time. Dunno if it helped, but the 130s just kept on coming. I actually lost count. Was sure I'd only done 8, so 13 was a nice surprise! Pressing was one down on last time, but there was more volume in the warm-up and lower sets, so I'm not overly concerned. Reps were, as always, paused anyway. Smashed some weighted pull-ups. I'm definitely getting infinitely better at then. I know I can do 12 bodyweight ones straight off the bat during our circuit training. All proper dead hang too! Boom. Savikas presses were fookin tough, rows were just because the bar was there with some weight on. Vid of the squats... That is all. | ||
