missed board on last rep of first set. Otherwise it all felt great. I put 2 25kg bumpers under my feet which seemed to help setup.

Strict press - 20x5, 50x3, 70x1, 80x1, 85x1, 95x1PB

Dips - BWx2 chainsx8,8,8

Pullups - BWx6,6,6 plus a couple of chins

Dumbbell rows - 35s x8,8,8

Cheers mate! Oh definitely, I reckon I have 210-215 in me now. Just in no real hurry to get it - going to put a little more work into triples first.

Deads - Mixed grip Eek 140x1, 180x1, 200x1, 220x1, 255xF, 245xF

Misloaded 245 to a lopsided 255 lol. Massively wonky deadlift which I was actually close to locking out. Attempted 245 which was really close, but I'd lost mojo at this point. I'm a huge mong

Pullups - BWx7,7

Facepulls - up to 95x5,5,5 75x7,7,7 45x8

struggles a bit with technique on the slingshot, but started to make sense by the end.

push press 60x5, 80x5, 100x5,4F5

Haven't push pressed in ages, power wasn't a problem, but control and breathing definitely was on the reps!

Incline dumbbell - 40sx8,5,5

Incline flyes - 20s x10,10,10

Bent rows - 70x8,8,8

I liked this. Think they'll replace 18" deads for now.

Sling shot 110x7,7 or something

One arm dumbbell (slight incline) - 20s x9, 25s x9, 30s x9,9,9

Flyes

Weighted planks

About 10kg down on pressing right now I reckon Unhappy

Snatch - 40x3, 50x3, 60x3, 70x3, 75x2, 80x1F2 PB, 85xF,F,F

some overheads squats up to 70ish also. Second and third attempts on 85 felt like REAL snatches - caught perfectly at the bottom - just couldn't stand up with it. Promising though I think.

P Clean+ P jerk - doubles up to 100x1, 105x1,1, 110xF,F,F

Terrible, but not arsed as I was so pleased with the snatches

Paused fronties (clean grip) - 60x3, 80x3, 100x1, 120x1, 130x1, NO PAUSE 140x1 150x1 PB


20kg of PBs in one session. Happy with this!
