Sandbag session - 50kg

sand bag loading x some

Hussafelt carry - sandbag 100m, 150m, 100m

Sandbag floor to overhead, 6ish reps

Arm over Arm with sled 15m - 4x50kg, 3x70kg

just playing around and a bit of conditioning. I'll make the bag heavier next time.

Concentrating on good form at the bottom

Front squat holds - 1x20sx100, 3x20sx140

Leg Raises - 1x10

Nice and easy light session got blow out the cobwebs. Wanted to do higher reps, but my head is so blocked up right now I could barely breath.

Switched to narrow grip - 1x3x100, 1x1x100

Deadstop pullups - 3x7xBW

High Incline bench - 3x5x70, 2x8x60

Chest supported rows - 3x8x35 a side

rear delt flyes - 8x15s

THE PLAN

Monday - Squat, Deadlift, Front squat holds, quad and hamstring isolation.

Wednesday - Snatch pull, Snatch balance/ Snatch, Bent rows, Pullups, Bicep isolation.

Friday - Bench, Incline Dumbbell, Shoulder Isolation, Tricep Isolation, Chest isolation.

never done 12s on squats, so a pb i guess

Front squat - 2x100- fuuck that

Bent rows - 3x12x60

Pull downs - 3x12x50??

Incline dumbbell curls - 3x12x12s

Straight arm pulldowns - 3x12x30??

Frontie (beltless) - 60*12 80*12 100*6 110*10 100*5,5,5

Deadlift (beltless) - 60*5 100*5 150*5 (rocket) 180*3 200*3

Top sets hook gripped. Set with 200 fetl fairly casual which is good

DOH deadlift - 170*3,3,3

Leg raises - 20,20

Bench - 20*12, 40*12, 50*12 60*12, 80*12, 95*7,9f10

Benching was all over the place, think I did an unnecessary amount warmups. Ah well, 9 reps isn't too bad in retrospect.

Pause bench (variety of grips) - 80*5,5,5,5,3

Incline bench - 60*10,10,10 40*37ish

Incline flyes - 20s*7,6,8 12.5s*10

10 reps on flyes just wasn't happening

Elbows out extensions - 10s*10, 12.5s*10, 15s*10, 17.5s*10, 20s*5

How can 20s be so much harder than 17s lol

Meer style extensions - drop set from 17.5 to 5kg

Side raises - 10s*10,10,10

Rear flyes - 10s*10,10,10

Squat (beltless) - went up to 100, still hurts my wrist, so I sacked it off

Frontie - 60x12, 80x6, 105x8,4

shiiiit

Deadlift (beltless)- 60x5, 100x5, 150x5, 170x3, 190x5, 155x5,5,5

used Hookgrip for the 190, and straps for the last set at 155. DOH for the rest

Bench - 50x12, 60x12, 70x12, 80x12, 95x10, 90x8,8,5

tried a wider grip for these, and concentrated on my line

Incline - 60x10,10 50x20,12

or something

As squats went so badly and I had someone else to motivate me, I had another go:

High bar squat (beltless) - 60x12, 90x12, 110x12, 125x6, 140x2

Quite enjoyed these actually - not done high bar in a while!
