got up late as my alarm didn't go off, so the gym was full of bros. Couldn't really concentrate so barely had a session really

Pathetic squatting. All beltless to be fair, but even so was hoping for 3-4 at 170.

Gonna stick to 125 for my worksets for a while and build this up to something like 5x5. Missed 135x2 too many times now.
