Second and third attempts on 85 felt like REAL snatches - caught perfectly at the bottom - just couldn't stand up with it. Promising though I think. P Clean+ P jerk - doubles up to 100x1, 105x1,1, 110xF,F,F Terrible, but not arsed as I was so pleased with the snatches Paused fronties (clean grip) - 60x3, 80x3, 100x1, 120x1, 130x1, NO PAUSE 140x1 150x1 PB 20kg of PBs in one session.
