both felt f**ked mate. How did you do the pin method? As in, to be able to get deep enough i needed to stand on a high stack of plates, but getting on the plates with the weight hanging was a pain, or to squat deep and attach the belt in the bottom position. Just couldnt get it to work. milsys idea sounds like a good one though, will try that next time and get some proper squatting done!

I got 4 breeze blocks (2 for each foot) and put them in front of the rack where the chin up handles are. connected to the pin and then held on to the handles and pulled/pushed myself up into position on the blocks. if you use blocks make sure theyre wide enough apart though or the plates can knock into them. I tried lots of different setups with the belt and this was the best one I found.

12 x 3/4 stack
12 x stack
one leg leg press:
4 sets of 10, top set i think was 98, who knows
both legs
20 x stack

burn baby burn

leg curl
4x12xsome weight

excercise bike 30 mins

back extension machine

4 sets, top was 20x120

Today:

first visit to physio, will be regular weekly thing for now. Gave couple mobility exercises to do 3 times/day. Goal for next week is to get my left arm overhead, gets stuck half way now. Assisted Active ROM.

Some nice leg work mate, and the cardio will do you a world of good.

Do you plan to try to get back upto 115KG when fit, or stay on the leaner side Wink
AvatarJoni
Well, The Plan is based on the idea of "cant get stronger, so lets get fitter and leaner" - and The Plan, part II is based on lean gains, so i guess i will stay sub 110 for time being.

But then again, bulking is fun...

Good to see your'e back in training again Joni.Be patient and nature will work it's magic. You might end up with a full 6 pack once ab training is resumed.Just don't start covering yourself in oil mateWink .Best of luck with the rehab!
Avatarpaul_richards
only just seen this, hope you recover quickly but dont rush it
AvatarAlex
Why's your arm get stuck? Pain or lack of mobility?

Chin up bull, good to see you haven't just stopped training.
AvatarJoni
cheers guys!

And good to see you popping by Mick - are your niggles gone by now?

no its because the tendon attachment is just growing back so its very fragile. One wrong jerky move and it comes off. 6 weeks minimum for it to grow back and then starts slow mobility and strenghtening work.
AvatarThing
I KNOW THIS IS A BIT LATE BUT I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR REHAB. FROM WHAT I HAVE READ EVERYTHING SOUNDS POSITIVE.
AvatarJC
Dungeon on Sunday mate?
AvatarJoni
Cheers Neil!
