Loved the jerks tho - The Plan is to keep them light and increase the weight slowly, hopefully getting to go to adlington for some tips Happy

wattbike challenge
some spanky new wattbikes at the gym where you can nail some weird challenges, but we were just interested in the max power outputs which takes about 6 seconds full blast.

10 or so attempts, best at 1458 watts

back squats, working in with The Machine who is on smolov 7 sets of 5s day, but decided to do the squats after heavy overhead press, push presses, pull ups and lat work - wtf!

do you feel its more muscle weakness now or is the rebuilt area still requiring kidd gloves ?
