JC, aye, toning it down now for a while but keeping the basic work going and form nailed. NoPlan as such for them though, just go by the feel but the idea is not to go crazy with it for a while. Same with all lifts really. OLYMPIC SPORTS GYM Tons of warm up power jerks with 20 and 40. Axle clean & power jerk 3x42 3x47 1x52 1x57 1x62 1x67 1x72 1x77 Hang cleans (normal oly bar, by normal at the Olympic Sports Gym i of course mean f**king beautiful Eleiko bar!) 3x40 3x50 1x60 1x70 1x80 1x80 1x80 loaded the 85kg stone couple of times which was fun. farmers work with just 52/hand 50m 10x20m tag team style good conditioning work. The Plan is to have a day off tmr, and just do light wanky stuff on saturday in Sugden. Sunday is the u105 comp in midlands, and then get back into the graft on monday with a visit to the Olympic Sports Gym again | ||
