cheers guys. JC, aye, toning it down now for a while but keeping the basic work going and form nailed. NoPlan as such for them though, just go by the feel but the idea is not to go crazy with it for a while. Same with all lifts really.

interesting point mate - and i am starting to agree with you. Can make tons of progress just nailing mid heavy work (80-85% range? who cares) and getting the form and movement right.

Thats my Plan for the next few weeks with most of my lifts.
