Those could be my two favourite stories on the entire thread.

I am easily the strongest in my regular gym. By miles!

In the gym I frequent once a week, I recently witnessed 10 reps of 260kg Deadlift without the lifter even breaking sweat!

I'm the same - strongest at my regular gym, but "average" in the grand scheme of things.
I've seen a 75kg lifter bench 200 and squat/pull 300 or close to almost every time he'd train (equipped). He'd also go straight into 140kg GMs. Needless to say, he's on the banned list for IPF now.

That's great - compared to a bloke that I saw 'squatting' couple of weeks ago. He did his '1/8 depth squats' with 60kg. That describes his deeper reps. On the higher reps, he probably lowered his arse about two inches.

His training partner 'corrected' the higher reps and he reverted back to the '1/8 depth squats'.

Terrific.

I go to a leisure centre gym.

Never seen a......

Half decent depth squat above 150kg

Deadlift apart from looking in the mirror at me doing them! Lol.

Benching over 110kg. Saw a guy bench 110kg x 4/5 this morning.

Ha he, reminds me of a guy I saw in the Hotel Gym on Hoilday recently.
To be fair the guy was very lean and in pretty good nick, but not muscular.
He cleaned the bar and rested it behind his neck, then started doing this odd dipping movement, bending at the knee.
It took me a while to figure out they were meant to be Squats.
He was using 40kg plus the Hotel Gym bar, which was maybe 7.5kg, and I would say 1/8th of Squat was being complimentary !
I was still exceedingly jealous of his tan though.

Probably would be loz saying 'i have not done events or legs for 5 months because of injury' before running with i think a 360 or 380 yoke like there was nothing on his back. That one impressed me a lot because i remember trying it thinking 'well that looks easy' an then i was like 'what the f**k?!' Took me 6 days to finish 10m.

Steve gardener one hand deadlifting the mellenium dumbbell for 10 reps was another wtf moment.
