Deadlifts 60 x 8 100 x 5 140 x 3 175 x 5 190 x 3 Block pulls 15" for conditioning and lock out speed 140 x 10 OHP strict 20 x 10 40 x 5 50 x 3 60 x 5 for 3 sets. 60 felt light but worked hard with the deadlifts so didn't want to over do it and fail lifts. Deadlifts felt strong so certainly going in the right direction. | ||

I have strict press 85kg before so am going to start some heavy singles again I think to work up to 1rm PB. Gonna take a look at your log and see how your getting on now me thinks.
