200ish for 10 seconds warm up

295 kg for 4 sets of 15 seconds


250 for 40 seconds had to drop it as pain got the better of me disappointed in self! But learning curve so all good

Left will to a nice zercher carry while I stood and watched.

Training today with Louise fox world champ powerlifter great pointers and a new direction

Bar
100 x 5
140 x 5
170 x 5 good technique up to this set
190 x 5 upper back slightly rounded shoulders pull down and in a touch
Advised maybe come back to 170 and maintain form.
170 x 3 slightly rounded thinking about it too much and head f**ked now

Decided to take pressure off lol go light and nail technique

150 x 3
130 x 5
130 x 5
100 x 6 all good form

Back to basics 9 week plan going up just 5kg a week and bashing out triples/doubles for 5 sets to nail form
Starting on 160kg

Complex 1 set =
3 wide grip pull ups
10dips
3 close grip pull ups
10 press ups
x 3 sets

Would like to point out that she pulled 140 for doubles with ease and weighs in at 52kgs drug free

Trained Thursday only once last week as busy as foook

Squatts

Bar lots
60 lots
Squat stretch out 60 seconds with 30 kg

New do-wins on lol
100 x 5 felt odd with shoes
120 x 5 odd
150 x 3 comfortable
Worried I'm not making parralel so turned round
And squatted in mirror bout 2-3 inches high was going for a 200kg PB
But my current "no lift" squat I was not willing to accept so--
170kg x 1 "good lift"
180kg x 1 fail buckled under bar hurt neck
Please note my new powerlift total decreased to reflect actual power lol

Box squats
A little shook from iron avalanche so light
80 x 10

Deadlifts legs knackered so went light and high reps

4 days later my neck is sore and when I cough internal muscles hurt.
Moral of story-

verdict on the shoes? I said they might take some getting used to! we'll have to do some squats at the farm sometime.

Shoes spot on after a few sets much more stability great tool for big weights!

Yeah squatts at farm sounds good never get privilege of a spotter so would be good to get some depth with confidence I'll get back up lol
