Monday deadlifts light just to get back in to it. Plenty volume get my diet back up.

Easy session but still not looking forward to DOMS tomorrow.

Nice training. Deadlift DOMS is one of the worst. Especially in the traps if i recall correctly!

Overhead squats
Just the bar for 3 sets 8 no where near depth

Farmers
60kg's a hand

Then 20 metres back to the garage.

Training is ok just trying to get some power ack after a few weeks of little training.

Love farmers shrugs as they hammer your grip as well as traps. Just trying to make as many lifts out of the kit i got also as quit gym just training at home now.

You need to shout Will about a session and get some stone time on the platform it's pretty awesome.

Friday just some assistance work as 5 peaks challenge Monday through Wednesday. Nice...........

CG bench

Lat side raises
12kg x 10

12kg x 12
16 x 12 for 3 sets.

so attempted the 5 peaks challenge last week hence the week of training.
Managed Snowdonia in 3 hours and 5 mnutes
Scafell pike was around 5 hours fell over smashed my hip on rock and almost had to pull out.
Ben Nevis took me around 6 hours hobbled up on pain killers hobbled back down.
Carantoohill Ireland walked about 300 metres and had to pull out unfortunately so learnings from this......

STICK TO WEIGHTS f**k WALKING!!!!!

Training today hip still pretty painful so just pressing hope to squat end of week.

Bench
All with 2 second pause on chest

120 x 1
122.5 x 2 for 3 sets close to where i was at 107kg BW so really pleased with that.

OHP strict
bar lots
40 x 5
50 x 5

67.5 x 2 for 3 sets

Some assistance
Single arm side lat raises

Front raises
10 x 12
16 x 12

Lots of wrk to do on shoulders but bench PB is on it's way in next few weeks.

I've been up Snowdon. It took me.... however long it takes the train to get up there!
