215 x 2 PB Hurt knee on second rep knee buckled in as pulled just over knee sent sharp pain around knee cap.
200 x 3 Was going for 5 but to painful to lift.

great overhead milestone! well done.

be careful with your knee. no point pulling up trees now and injuring it again when youve got 2 weeks to get it rested and better.
