No i'm on nights this week so trying to get log done where can. Thanks for luck i shall need it as it is a qualifier for the British championships next year.

What I can remember

Bench
127.5 x 3 PB
X 2
X 2

Sqt
90 x 5 5 sets working flexibility and hitting depth

Chins
Wide grip
3 x 5 reps

Bdfpa powerlifting comp
Push and pull

Bench
120kg easy
135 comfortable
142.5 fail.

DL
200 easy
215 comfortable
230 slight hitch in the judges eyes so failed me
Powerlifting deadlift is pretty strict.

Met some awesome lifters really humble, enjoyed the day and qualified for the British championships.

Dieted right down to 99.3kg
8 kg's in about 7 weeks.
Shall stay around this weight but there is a lot to be said for not eating f**k all 3 days before a comp lol

Sounds like the comp didn't go badly then. A paused 135 bench is pretty boss in my eyes! Unlucky on the deadlift I guess, but better to fail for hitching than to simply not get it from A to B in my opinion. Dieting sounds fairly brutal too!
