Working power jerk
80 x 1 x 5

51kg dumbbell floor to over head
Failed this countless times both arms
Managed 2 singles on right arm

110kg stone to 58" ish no tacky.

Warm up on 80kg stone
To right shoulder
To left shoulder

Left

Then see Will showing off with one motion no lapping so I had

Good stone lifting.

Your hand spacing on the axle is narrow. You appeared to bring it out slightly on the last one though. Feel better?

Nice work on the stones. One motioning 110 is crazy, I couldn't even get that off the floor a while back (no tacky though).

What are events for midlands then?

Thanks Wayne and yes it did help to bring grip out wider.
Will the Old' master gave me some tips that helped muchly.

Yeah stones are tough but I try to tell myself I love the lifts everyone hates as its my only chance for survival lol.
Midlands is all at my limits I'm really gonna struggle but can't wait to compete against some proper athletes and
The boost I'll get from seeing their performance will be immense.
Just hope I don't get inhaled or trud on Wink

Monday deadlifts
Been repping for a couple months for champs future so just wanted to pull a few doubles/singles
Gauge where I am after not breaking 200 for a while.

150 x 3
170 x 2
200 x 2 very comfortable
210 x 1 smooth
220 x 1 smooth easiest this weight has ever felt
225 x 1 again smooth, tempted to go for 230 PB but
Backed off as need it for reps do wana build a good base before.

Complex 3 wide grip chins 3 narrow chins 10 plyometric pushups

110 x 3 was going for 5 sets but this felt comfortable so

Some power jerks out of the rack just working tech' no cleans

Dipping under and catching a little more comfortable now. Pleased with progress on tech'

45kg for reps alternate arms
11 reps plus 2 fails wasn't timed but around 90 seconds
Both fails on left arm I think was rep 5 and 9

Bent legs dipping under for the catch has pretty much doubled my confidence with these

100kg farmers Nasty suitcase wide arse uncomfortable mo' fo's
Warm up 20 metres

50 metres. PB

110 stone to 46" platform no tacky

Warm up 80kg 3 singles

110 x 1
110 x 2
110 fail pick up a few times trying a different grab (bell end)! Stick to what works

reps in 75 seconds
110 x 4 plus 1 stuck edge platform tried to load too low.
Rushed reps on this think have 6 in the tank if take time and get right first time

Inch Dumbbells
Warm up 35kg couple reps each arm.

Couple more sets then
4 reps and 1 fail alternate arms PB

Decided to try the 57kg just for fun knowing I would fail
1 x R PB who'd av thought eh!!!

Will threw the 78kg inch dumbbell up like it was the 57 I had just done.
IMPRESSED!!!
