Really gives me a boost watching guys with technique, I picked up some great little pointers.
You've inspired me to make up a couple sand bags and get on it!!!

Still think you and Will switched the bags when we wernt looking, u made it look too easy.

I slacked early December tbh Wayne as getting tattoo done and not wanting it scab up lol.
Made most of break and got competition coming up in March.
I really wana go in feeling like I've earnt the right to be in it if ya know what I mean.
Gota beat my PB's at the comp don't care where I place as long as I beat myself.

I like dumbells for mixing it up but the 30's ain't heavy enough so too much volume needed to get a benefit.

I felt like a Nancy bodybuilder bashing out sets of 15 reps lol

240 yolk fastest and most comfortable I've felt on yolk PLEASED!
Straight in to 110 farmers managed bout 10 metres and legs went to jelly had to finish without drop so limped to the finish line
