fired up for today session after watching the beasts in northern u90's yesterday

high bar oly squats paused

12inch box squat (even at 12inch box i feel like im only just hitting depth most be somthing to do with my short legs as most people seem to go bellow parallel when using a 14 inch box anyways 1st time realy using these and can already tell my hips are a weakness

thanks dude my 18inch dead has always been shocking so if i improve that hopefully my pull off the floor will go up I find the hardest part is breaking the bar off the blocks

Its because you have fat little legs lol.

Regrading the size 40 suit, the leg holes are 21Inch

haha I know i sat on a 14inch box today and was like eh this cant be right took a vid from side and i was just above depth but 12 inch seemed good when I used realy highlighted my weak hips so going to stick with it
