Really stretching my memory, but I'l try... I'll just do unequipped lifts to keep it simple

2011

Squat : 250
Bench Press : 177.5kg
Deadlift : 340kg

2010

Squat : 220
Bench Press : 160kg
Deadlift 330kg

2009

Squat : 205kg
Bench Press : 140kg
Deadlift : 300kg

2008

Squat : 220kg (got injured)
Bench Press : 150kg (stopped benching)
Deadlift 260kg

And before that I don't really have much of a clue... I started when I was 15/16 though with a squat of 40kg, bench of 30kg and deadlift of 60kg...

Thats awesome thanks for taking the time to answer Happy solid improvements shame about the injuries but thats life as a strength trainer I guess!

Err, all I can say is it's not getting any worse! My achey glute is still achey but it's no where near the pain i've had from it when I push the weight too much. I don't think the ache will go any time soon so I just want to find sensible weights I can do some work on, without making it worse. Going to 'plan' so far though Happy
