I dont give my health any thought at all, I do look after myself to an extent, I use Eph for training but balance it out by smoking weed after training haha

Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts	I am quite a big fella and don't do masses of cardio/strength conditioning, but work is physical and I go walking and hill walking most weekends, so I feel quite fit overall. I make sure I eat fairly healthy too for the most part. Lots of fruit and veg.
