My right elbow hurt during every re-rack so left at 2s, think it is from the kegs.

Lat Pulldown x 3sets.

Fairly pointless session.

get your elbow sleeve back from chunky, it makes quite a difference when your getting elbow pain push pressing

Not sure if it was because I was tired, didn't use the suit for enough warmups, hit it wrong, wasn't as strong, or expected too much, but smth was off and it was a s**t session. (Might even be because the suit was round the right way)

Matt your sleeve is at the gym reception mate (left it there when i left last night)

Dont worry about your session yesterday. Your last few sessions have been good. Im sure its just working out how to use it

Karl's face did make me laugh, but I haven't forgot I need to get him back. Diss is no longer due to certain circumstances, but it is what it is.

I liked the 200 looking back, but definitely need people there for feedback when I equip dead again.

Did a bit of deads today and some squat messing about with a wider stance without wearing shoes, only 50kg because quite tight in the adductors but might throw these in everyother week to help weak (hams especially) and tight (adductors) areas.

Deadlift
bar (sldl) x 10
60kg x 4
100kg x 3
125kg x 8 (x 4) all were quick, but breathing went to s**t ate rep 6 for most sets.

Good Mornings
60kg x 5
60kg x 8
60kg x 10 (x2) don't often do these and they felt easy as soon as my pec minor had stretched and I could grab the bar closer and keep chest high/tight
