Assistance Work Unilateral Farmer's 40kg x 15m (both hands, so 30m total) 60kg x 15m 60kg x 15m 60kg x 15m Lateral Sled Pull (to the right for 15m, then back to the left 15m) 80kg x 15m 80kg x 15m 80kg x 15m 80kg x 15m (enjoyed these, enabled me to work on lateral plyos and was quite fun) | ||

Unilateral cable flyes 3 sets with no rest, left, then right etc, 10 reps. Today Too heavy (creeping up near 16st), diet is s**t so got to be more active, so: 52mins jog around local farm land. Back (just to do smth extra) and foam rolling (TFL and quads need it) tonight. | ||
