It looked like he was trying to stab himself in the head with the loading pin of the log!Happy

Karl if your reading this i fell its only fair to tell you ,he's f**ked it completely .Matt literaly planted the loading pin into the platform like Smally spearing a naughty estonian sheep. Took 5 people to remove it!

Did a small bench session last week, but first proper session after comp today.

Deadlift (straps - hurt hand on the stones, still not better)
wup - 60kg x 3; 90kg x 2; 120kg x 2
160kg x 3

160kg x 2 (felt a bit tired so didn't go for 3rd)

Speed Deads

Felt ok, just going to slowly build it up from now.

All felt strong and comfortable, worked on pushing the hips through and power on the ascent as soon as i went past parallel. Will build up slowly and try a new pb within next few months on this and deads.

Quick chest session yesterday with dumbells (haven't db pressed in ages)

Flat DB Press
wup - 25lbs x10; 45lbs x 5; 60lbs x 5
Working
80lbs x 5 (x 4 sets)

Chest machine with adduction
3 sets with 30secs rest, 12 reps.

Unilateral cable flyes
3 sets with no rest, left, then right etc, 10 reps.

Today
Too heavy (creeping up near 16st), diet is s**t so got to be more active, so:
52mins jog around local farm land.

Back (just to do smth extra) and foam rolling (TFL and quads need it) tonight.
