Failed to move the 210 off the floor, I tend to fail there or two inches up. I pull with an initial leg drive so I know that as leg strength increases so will my deadlift.

Rob you f**king doubting Thomas, "where are the vids", f**k off Happy.

My mate was meant to do video the deadlift but did my slats first and forgot. The squat vids are all on my youtube but I'm only on my phone so can't put the links up (MJF958)

Had a piss about with seeing how hard the axe hold event at Midland's would be. For the comp it is 15kg, I did a few warmup holds with 4, 6, and 10kg, then did some with 14kg. I managed the 14 (more than I thought I'd be able to) but not for long. This will improve though.

190kg x 6 straps belt - easy

200kg x 5 straps belt - probably max

Where did you fail the cleans? Off the belt? 100kg is good, plenty of time to practice, sure you can nail it come comp day. How's the pressing looking?

Failed where I fail my power cleans, pulled it to chest height but didn't drop to receive or get my elbos through quick enough. Pressing is ok but not done push in a while, probably will look to split jerk on the comp.
