82.5kg x 3 belt - hit the first 2 perfectly, then missed the 3rd just because I brought it down before locking out when it was easier to lock out, then got the 3rd after anyway. Should have been 4.

Strict (paused on chest for 2 seconds each rep)

Better push pressing this week, just need toget angry I think.

160kg x 10 straps belt - at least 12 there maybe more, but weights were moving on the left side.

Happy enough, but very hard pulls on all of the 185s.
