It's steadily on the rise...where as in the past it hasn't been! High frequency may sound great and all, but truthfully, I wish I could make improvements once a week like normal people...

205kg - pb easier than 200, getting the hang of them

Powerlifting Squats Eq

300 x 3 - pb - all deep

Deadlift - 11" Eq

365kg piss easy - 15kg pb , will pull more from the floor

Bench uneq

140 x 4 - 5's there, was a bit rushed with my setup


Wanted to do shirted bench but was on my own

Thinks I'm pleased about...consistantly deadlifting heavy immidiately after squatting heavy. Bodes well for comp performance...

It is increbible how you just keep throwing down PB after PB. Looking forward to seeing high 300s from the floor soon. The way things are going you are going to but a lot of weight between the standing WR and the crazy one you will soon set

11" Deadlift - 365kg

Got my eye on these badboys over the next 2 weeks. If I beat each of these current PB's, then I'll pull a PB off the floor. Surely? 400kg, 380kg, 370kg targets.

I did it once before pulling 350kg in comp. About 2 weeks before. I pulled 350 from 11", then 350 in comp 2 weeks after. It feels really similar...
