OK.

Easily possible on the squat.

Can't see it happening on the dead lift though.

think this is realistic comin into my 2nd year so dunno how much progress will slow

  1. Compete in my first strongman competition
  2. Strict press 100kg for 5+ reps
  3. 2 cardio sessions a week every week - no fobbing it off because I'm not in the mood (like I did for the whole of 2010)
