Awesome stuff! How far away is the comp? And other than deadlift do you know what your openers and projected lifts might look like?

It's this saturday.

My openers AND projected lifts are a 250 squat and a 150 bench. just taking the single attempts and saving it for deadlift.

Nice benching mate

Do you ever do dips? I believe they are a great assistance exercise for bench!

good luck at the weekend..... is it the same one kenders is lifting at ? give him a punch to the ribs from me !

I have done them but they always feel like an injury waiting to happen for me!

Aye, any lower than parallel and your asking for a f**ked up shoulder

I would say they increased my bench quite a lot though

Benching would be good - if I could do it more often! It's getting there though' it just pisses me off that I can't train it as hard as squat and deadlift. I MIGHT chuck some dips in if I'm feeling 'lucky'. There's always that risk of dropping too far and f**king yourself up!

Why cant you bench so often? Shoulder issues?

Have you considered consistently doing some overhead pressing to help it along?

yes it is the one bender kender is doing, howver he is lifting sun

I dont think OH pressing will help bench as much as board work, dips, CGBP TBH
