Back in training for thye first time in 3 weeks due to a number of reasons. Hopeing to get back into it, but with time constraints at mo' is not the promising, but will see. Anyhow, Fridays training was:-

Bench - 50KG x 20
80KG x 10
120KG x 6
140KG x 3 - this was very difficult. Was really suprised and very pissed off by this. Would normally rep our 6-8 quite comfortable. Could 3 wks off have that much effect?

Incline Bench - 80KG x 6
90KG x 5 (2 sets)
80KG x 6

Decline Bench - 80KG x 6 (4 sets)

Strict BB Military Press - 60KG x 6
70KG x 4
60KG x 6

Then some bulls**t lateral raises

70KG x 4
60KG x 6

Pretty pissed as was doo da session, strenght was pretty non existant

Ah well, better look with next session (be squat on tues hopefully!!)

I know it not too bad, just suprised at how hard the 3 reps were

hoping too do BDFPA, yeah mate

all depnds on how much time I can get in the gym between now and then and how my cars MOT goes on the 26th though!!!

Different day....... diferent gym!! Has evertything I need so an ideal find!! Quick hop onto the scales and weighing in at 91KG (fully clothed), so if make BDFPA on 27th will be down in 90KG cat me thinks. Anyhhow training:

Deadlift - 50KG x 8
80KG x 6
110KG x 6
140KG x 4
170KG x 4
190KG x 1
210KG x 1 - NEW PB - so was absolutely delighted, especially after not training for 3 weeks or so. Reckon I probably had 215KG in me (hopes!!!)

Pull UP - Sets of 8, 6, 5 @ BW

Seated Row - Stack @ 4 sets of 6

Shrugs - 320KG - this was not BB shrugs, some kind of shrugs machine (kind of opposite of dips!!)

Dbell Curls - 60LB 4 sets of 10

Concentration Curls - 30KG - 8,6, 5

Good session all in all. At mo trying to create both a little strenght on Big 3 and hypertrophy with assisatnce exercises

car should pass MOT, so think I will f**k it and go even if cant do much training beforehand

do you know how likely is it that I will be able to get a singlet before 27th delivered by one of the suppliers?

Pretty s**t really, didnt feel heavt, but had abasolutely no confidence to increase weight. I dont know what it is with squats, I really dont approach them confidently, more with trepadation - need get this sorted Angry

Tricep Pushdowns - 3 set of stack - final set involving 3 drop sets

140KG x 2 Dropped to 120KG x 6, then 100KG x 6 - no rest

Incline DB Pres
35KG x 6
40KG x 6
45KG x 6
50KG x 4

Viking Press Machine - Unsure of weight as is just a stack of weights but 5 sets of 6

Lateral Raise - 4 sets of Six

Cable Crossovers x 40 to finish

Fun workout, so am happy Happy
