This is very true, thing is the weightlifting division of team Adlington has an average age of almost 50. Alan wants fresh, young, talent. Cometh the hour, cometh the man. It's your time Mish.

I probably could get more than 95k, but i want 100. I think i'll make 85x3 happen for sets, then i will get doubles with 90 before i attempt 100 again.
Some blocks, some hangs should help getting there.

Yeah, he's a bit like that. Best bet is to turn up at Adders and offer him a lift home. He'll be f**ked for saying no then.

Surprisingly easy, i havent been training the deadlift for nine months. Last time was when i got ready for the Adders push n pull and missed my plane. I managed 190x5 then, i was 85k and i felt rubbish.

I reckon i could get 190x3 with no training. Hard part was off the floor, once it passed the knees it was a joke!Grin

I had a plan for this sesh, it was snatch up to daily max in 1's, no more than three attempts. Then back squat in 3's, solid hard sets. Then offski, nothing else! It didnt feel like much and i wanted to clean an equal pb since i was up for it.

Missing 180 is starting to piss me right off by the way, but it's nothing compared to 125. I've had enough of this, 120 isnt hard to get. Powercleaned, easy jerk, add 5kg and watch me s**t myself!Angry
