Not a big fan. I was never great at the ergo. Even when I did 1st boat rowing many years ago, my best 2k was only 6:45. Back then, I weighed 12 a bit stone and could knock out 1hr+ runs without breaking sweat. Tues 10 August 2010 Bench Press barx10x2sets 60x5x2sets 87.5x5 paused last rep every set 105x5 115x4 120x2 - very crisp. The best reps with 120 in a while. #3 board 130x3 135x3 140x3 - not bad at all. Lat pulldown 8x5sets Wasn't expecting much today as got a case of the sniffles. Not ill or anything but a bit tired and run down. | ||
