Right now i'd be worth something slightly below 90kg, but i wont max out before i hit 75kgx5x5. This way i should be able to bench 95kg for 1 rep and that would enough to please me for now. Last time i was 87.5kg for 1.
Correct me if i'm wrong but i think you dont need to go atg in pl, then my squat should be more than 150kg. I'm also well confident that my last attempt on the deadlift will now be better than that.

I've no idea mate! I want to get back to 120x5x5 at the very least, which will surely happen next week. As for a 1 rep max, i understand doing it now wont give me more than 150kgatg. I need to get stronger, last best sets were 135kgx3x6, could have gone 140k though. Will work things out with the coaches and see from there.

Scales in doubles up to 85kgx2, no failure yet felt like stopping right there as it has been quite a long time now since i havent gone that high, last clean was 70kg.
Then 85kgx1x3

Should have been 120kgx3x5, next time will be 120kg for 5x5 for one or two sesh before going to tripleland.
Maybe i'll turn bulgarian though, and go sth like 140x2 then 110x4 in the same set. Will see whats what then.

Starting to run again.
Today was for an hour at 70ish%HR, went quite alright to my surprise. I thought i would have had an heart attack since i havent run for months.
A week or two of this and ill be able to hit the tracks again, will run some tests like Cooper and Luc Leger kind of stuff.

Took me some time to get back to where i was. Now i wont have a complete break anymore but one or two very light weeks instead. Stopping everything is much too expensive.
