Mediocre session, guess all the antibiotics are catching up with me a bit.

Deadlifts
135 x 3
155 x some
171 x 4 wanted 5 or 6, just whacked

Mucked about on the log up to 75, yoke 160k for 20m, viking don't remember, stones showing another guy the ropes.

Didn't feel too well so nothing noteworthy to report.

Just no steam on the deadlifts and log as awful as ever but there will always be a next and better time.

The pace BETWEEN events is slower, loading s**t up is such a pain in the ass in the heat and taking the s**t outside.

But aches and pains become non existant and you feel a bit more warmed up. Just need to drink about 3-4 litres of water per session.

135x2 could have done 3,bah
140x1
140x1
125x1 shockingly dead

Axle clean once and strict press

warmups
52x5
62x4
70x1 just hit the minimum today, bit whacked

Double overhand axle deadlifts
up to
113x1 no chalk
123x1 no wrist wraps, chalk
128x1 wrist wraps

The chalk adds nothing.
I'm coming for you Tony!
