Do back squats give your knees as much s**t as fronties? I find front squats kill my knee but back ones dont seem as bad.

At first glance a f**king gash stones session but, both 160s were lipped and the 140s were true one motions this time out rather than getting it on the lip then switching hand position. Think I could have shouldered the last two 140 one motions I got them so high.

Could write a big long essay behind why my session then fell apart but I can't be f**king arsed. Think I'm just about done with this stuff.

When was the last time you had some time off from lifting? Sounds like having a few weeks off would do you the world of good right now. I know of lots of people that have a lay off for a month or so and can't wait to get to get back to the gym by the end of it.
