Ideally need to be tripling this with ease if my dream of 6 plates is too fall. that is probably about right tony - but you godda add the atmoshphere of the comp into the equasion, from my limited experience its deffo worth 10kg 260 is yours for the taking and mine for the stealing !! | ||

Stopped at 3 due to my groin, there wasn't any pin but I was a bit aprehensive of doing it more damage. Bench felt strong, if I'd had several people shouting at me 5 could have been on the cards. There was no pain whilst squatting and whatever is the problem it didn't seem to effect squatting performance. I would have to loose a leg to prevent me from squatting at Adders on Wednesday. | ||
