Bit of a massive session today but pleased to feel some strength coming back! Front squats were easy enough & defo more in the tank but stayed away from maxing out, think a 140 is there if needed.

Wooden log doubles from 57.5kg upto 67.5kg! Trying different tech on these some clean & press, some one motions. Think clean & press is the winner but keep things tight. Not a fan of pressing on grass! Just couldnt keep my balance.
About 10/12 reps in total
Farmers walk
55x20, 75x20, 95x2 (stumbled & farmers hit my heal) went down like Drogba.... Then decided to man up & 95x20. No drops
Attempted 110 but no danger today on the grass
Tyre flip @280 (I think) 8 flips in total & comfy enough
Loaded an 85kg stone & 65kg keg. Tried 100 but no tacky & couldnt be arsed putting it on.
Overall good to be back training events but a good bit down in strength! Was expecting more so f**k tue/fri. Tue/Thu/Sun the future for a while. Dont want to just make up the numbers @ the u90's. Looking for some good placing & maybe even a top 4 if everything goes to plan.
Got a tan pb & decided to show Buzz what a real tan is all about this year lol

Is that 4th overall or in a single event. If it's overall it's a good toke of that crack pipe. 1st to 3rd is pretty much guaranteed as Friday jeremy and ian I think

If everything goes well it will be 4th overall. But who the f**k knows. No point thinking 2nd or 3rd last will do anymore. Looking for top 3/4 in events like farmers & arm over arm but again who knows....
