Happy with a 170 double as its been a long time since ive gone above 160, 1st rep was easy but the 2nd was a massive grind. No 180 just yet but squats coming back & feel much stronger with it....... | ||

Axle fto & squat very happy with, axle was even comfy but tried 110, clean was too tough. Squat felt strong all night, had planned 160 for reps but felt too good not to try a max. Went 140x2, 160x2, 180x1, 200x1 Pb Oh & 220 deadlift butin a suit so just an ego lift. Felt good though things on the up | ||

Tonight, just deadlifting 100x4, 140x2, 180x1(DOH), 220xfail(mid shin), 200x1, 180x8 Happy with today 200 was easy but wanted to try 220 first but no go. Best at 180 was 5 reps so decent. Think maybe one more there but who wants 9 lol | ||
